The Square at Connellsville Open House

Independence Health System celebrated the opening of its newest outpatient facility, The Square at Connellsville, with an open house and ribbon cutting. The Connellsville community came out in full force in support of and to tour the new,17,000 square foot facility located at 854 Vanderbilt Road, Giant Martin’s plaza.

The outpatient facility is host to the following services: Family Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Walk-in Lab, X-Ray and EKG, Gastroenterology and General Surgery.
