About the Provider
Dr. Thomas Freenock, Jr. joined Clarion Hospital in January of 1996.
Beginning his medical training at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completing his Internship at Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia in 1985, Dr. Freenock moved on to complete Residencies at Hahnemann University Hospital, 1987, and The Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, in 1993.
Dr. Freenock specializes in Musculoskeletal Care, Sports Medicine, Joint Injections, Nerve Conduction Studies, EMG Testing, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging & Ultrasound Guided Injections, Independent Medical Examinations, Sports Medicine Concussion Management and is a Credentialed Impact Consultant.
Dr. Freenock is certified through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Using previous experience as an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist and Family Physician, Dr. Freenock continues to enjoy working with patients to diagnose and treat them in order to facilitate the ability to return to daily activities. Practicing medicine in a small community allows a closer relationship with patients interacting with them in the community.
In his spare time, Dr Freenock enjoys spending time with family, physical fitness and sports.
