I believe that preventative medicine is essential to sustained health. I would rather address lifestyle decisions before chronic disease occurs. Focusing our efforts early on nutrition, exercise, weight control, and avoidance of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs will go a long way toward your physical and mental health. We need to be a health care team that works together to develop treatment plans that work for both of us.
